My Beef Heart Mix

1. Beef / Pork Heart (Cleaved of veins and fat completely)            250 Gms
2. Beef Liver / Pork Liver (Cleaned and boiled for 5 mins.)             50Gms
3. Pro Growth from Andrew Soh                                                  1 Tea Spoon
(If feeding adults for Breeding add Pro More as well.)  1 Tea Spoon
4. Spinach (Boiled with Liver for 5 mins, and remove the stems) 3-4 leaves
5. B-complex tablet                                                                             1 tab
6. Vitamin C  tablet                                                                              1 tab

Add it all to the blender and blend well.
Take it all out and place in a zip lock, I prefer to make one big ball instead of flattening it out.
Then freezing it. This way I just use it over grater and grate how much ever is needed, I get smaller sized bites as well for the babies and adults get longer thicker ones, depending on the grade of the grater I use.

For Baby discus:
I feed the largest quantity first thing in the morning, and 30 mins later I siphon out the left overs. Then through the day I feed every 3 hours. And before lights out I do a major Water change something like 80-95%. This is with aged RO water, heated to about 1'C more than the temp in my baby discus tank.

So my schedule for the Baby discus is :
8:30 Large Feeding.
9:00 Small Water Change
11:30 Small feed
2:30  Small feed
5:30 Small Feed
8:30 Large Feed
9:30 Large Water Change

For large Discus:
I only feed twice a Day and Do water Change of about 25-35% every Morning, with aged RO water but this is not really heated to any temperature, I do this as I don't see adults getting too stressed with a smaller water change with cooler water. There is not much of a dip, but in winters one does need to take care as temperatures where I live can drop to single digits on some nights and my RO water storage is Outdoor.
